FIND THEM, NOW!

I picked this little story up from Captain’s Quarters and Michelle Malkin. It was first brought up by the people on Free Republic, however the thread soon was reduced to racial slurs and profanity. If anyone comments on this, it will not be tolerated here. Thomas posted a warning about this last week.

SEATTLE - Two soldiers who just returned from a year in Iraq were badly beaten in an attack outside Pioneer Square. But believe it or not, someone caught the beating on videotape. Now, police are asking for your help identifying the suspects.

The brutality of it all was captured on tape outside of Larry's Nightclub on First and Yesler on July 31.

Police say the victims were with two women who'd been groped by the suspects. One of the women threw a hot dog at the suspects and walked away.

They didn't get very far. The three suspects ran after them and began attacking the two men -- two soldiers who'd come home from the war.

The graphic videotape shows both victims getting beaten over and over again, and then after one of the victims loses consciousness, a suspect starts stomping on his head.

Now police want your help in catching these guys.

"We consider them very dangerous," said Seattle Police Officer Sean Whitcomb.

After not getting any leads, Seattle police have just released this tape to the media even though it happened over three weeks ago.

If you know who these suspects are, or have any information in the case, you're asked to call Seattle Police.

Both victims suffered broken jaws, while one suffered a broken arm and both had other broken bones and several bruises.

The link above will take you to the news ite so you can watch the video of this attack. It is sickening. These hoodlums decided to go after a pair of soldiers, just back from Iraq, and brutally beat them. Based on the images of the individuals, and the video, it is clear to me that these animals e zero regard for anything else other than getting drunk at clubs, and going after anyone who "disses" them.

This is not to be tolerated. I want these people found, and pronto. I want them charged and convicted to the fullest extent of the law. And I want the charges to be federal charges, not state charges. These two men work for Uncle Sam, not Uncle Starbucks. Assaulting a soldier—especially an active duty soldier—is a serious offense no matter how you look at it.

I am so ticked, I am fit to be tied. I would seriously like to have five minutes in a room, alone, with each one. When I get done giving them the beat-down, in spades that they deserve, they will be begging for prison. Our tropps put their butts on the line everyday. They do it voluntarily, and ask for very little in return. They ask for the right equipment, the support of the nation, and the respect due for making such a choice. That is it. These punks opted to act big and bad@$$ to these two men. They were seriously beat, as the list of their injuries show.

If I were these three guys, I would turn myself in before the two soldiers’ friends go hunting. That will not be pretty. But, maybe that is what these three need. Maybe they need a bit of a lesson about respect. I know of NO ONE that would even think of raising a finger against a soldier, especially now. I know of no one who would have the guts to treat a soldier like they were after Vietnam. It just is not tolerated anymore.

And I wonder why no one standing outside jumped in to help these two men, or anybody from inside. A simple mob of about seven to ten men would have ended the fight, and probably would have spared the soldiers the worst part of the beating. No, no. A message needs to be delivered—loud and clear—to these animals that society will not accept such behavior. It needs to be done, and quickly.
Find them, and put them where they belong, which is behind bars. Animals that cannot abide by societies rules belong in a cage.

I'll not refer to the cowardly attackers with profanity. I hope that they are caught and charged with attempted murder in the federal court system. I want them to get life behind bars. They aren't humans but the lowest of animals. Rawriter
